Ms. Scheiber-Kurtz is an Affiliate Partner of Valeovox, Inc and Founder & CEO of Next Stage Solutions, Inc., which provides CFO and C-Level Executive Advisory services to US and European-based start-ups. Ms. Scheiber-Kurtz is a senior management executive with expertise in solving emerging market and small company challenges. She has in-depth knowledge of the innovation and creative process and acts as catalyst for successful transitions with exceptional and practical answers to a company's needs and is able to expedite the process from the R&D mode to the commercialization stage and to the next growth stage. She emphasizes the importance of capital and time efficiencies.
Her multi-industry experiences include life sciences, healthcare, software, medical devices, media, internet and non-profits.
Ms. Scheiber-Kurtz is active in the business community including the Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE) where she is the program manager for the A2C Forum (Access to Capital) and business coach and advisor for Venture 101 program; Simmons School of Management where she is on the Dean's Business Advisory Council and President of the Entrepreneurship Program Advisory Board; a business plan reviewer for Nutter, McClennan & Fish; the Mass Technology Transfer Center; and Simmons College. She is an advisor for MentoNet of Europe/US; the MIT Enterprise Forum; and SwissNex Boston. Ms. Scheiber-Kurtz is a frequent guest speaker and panelist.

Rudi Scheiber-Kurtz is the founder and CEO of Next Stage Solutions, Inc., an outsourced CFO and consulting services company for emerging and businesses. For the past five years Rudi has advised over 100 companies from pre-revenue innovation start-ups to established companies on a myriad of business challenges and successes.
Prior to her own business, Rudi was a WGBH manager overseeing 30+ budgets and was on a Senior Management Team advising PBS’s Executive Producers on strategic planning. Earlier, Rudi was Director of Arts/Lexington where she turned around the failing education program by increasing enrollment by 300% in 3 years. She conceived and founded an innovative collaborative with other local art centers to pool resources and fundraising efforts resulting in a first ever State Grant Award of this type.
Rudi founded her first company; an on-demand fabric silk-screens start-up with her own unique bold and colorful graphics. Prior to this venture, Rudi held financial positions with two Boston advertising agencies, Cabot Advertising and Harcomm Associates.
Additionally, Rudi is very active in the greater Boston and International business community where she is a frequent speaker and panelist. Recently she organized and moderated an International Roundtable Discussion on Women and Access to Capital resulting in her review article published in L'Agefi, a Swiss Financial Daily in July 2008.
Rudi received her BS degree from Lesley University and an MBA from the Simmons School of Management. Rudi grew up in Switzerland and holds dual US/Swiss citizenship. Most recently she enjoyed her first paragliding experience in the Swiss Alps.
